Meet Alex Owen, a Penn State University student hailing from "the real Jersey shore" aka Monmouth Beach, NJ. This 5'10" tall 21 year old is also a super friendly Mustang lover so if you happen to spot Alex out at Mustang Week, American Muscle or any other car show be sure to say hi... She'll be the brunette towering over you at over 6 foot tall in a pair of heels. When she isn't playing with cars or attending classes, Alex spends her summers stirring up attention in lumber yards when she shows up in work boots and booty shorts as a construction foreman for her family business. She is working on her Bachelor's degree in fine arts and plans to continue to manage the construction company.

In the middle of September 2015, Omega Motorsport brought their first half mile racing event to the midwest. This event was held at the Rantoul Airport just north of University of Illinois in Champaign, IL. Omega rented out the airport for the weekend in order to use one of the runways for side by side half mile racing. Many people have raced their cars in side by side quarter mile races but the newly popular half mile events allow the 500 plus horsepower streetcars to open up and see what they can really do in the top end. Jon, one of the ShockerRacing Members, brought his 650 wheel horsepower C5 Z06 Corvette out to see what she could do and thanks to Mike at The Chicago Garage we were able to bring out the stock C7 Z06 Corvette to test her out.
Meet Kassie Harner, 21, a 5 foot 2 inch tall Mustang enthusiast from Chattanooga, TN. Kassie recently teamed up with Joshua Bates and Lauren Tubbs for a pair of photoshoots. Ms. Harner busted out her ShockerRacing bootyshorts and they used Joshua's 2009 Mustang 4.0 for both shoots. Kassie grew up around Mustangs, when we asked if her dad had Mustangs when she was growing up she said "Yes! My whole family did. Both of my aunts and even my grandmother had Stangs. My grandmother still currently has 2 Mustangs." She recently shared a photo on her Instagram account as a young girl heading to school with her lunchbox, backpack and of course a Fox Body Mustang!
Our long time friend, Stephani at Chromalusion Photography, was lucky enough to make it out to Mustang Week 2015. If you have never attended Mustang Week it is one of the largest gatherings of Stangs in the United States and takes place yearly at Myrtle Beach. This, of course, meant that ShockerRacing was lucky enough to get some more amazing pics with a beautiful model. Stephani convinced her good friend, Brittany Crisp, to step in front of the camera for the first time and we are glad she did! Brittany tells us that she had zero modeling experience before this shoot and that at first she was terrified. Stephani helped her feel more comfortable and in the end Brittany had a blast. The Mustang that Stephani and Brittany were lucky enough to work with is a 2013 Mustang owned by Jonathan Adkins.

Our latest ShockerRacing girl is from, you guessed it, Texas. Although many of the SR Girls lately have hailed from Texas, Jamie Salley is unique. What sets Jamie apart from the other Texas girls is the lack of a pony in the grill of her ride. Ms. Salley drives a Matte Chili Red painted 2007 Mini Cooper S and this is the first time SR has ever featured a Mini. This Mini was her very first car and she picked it out when she was just 15. Jamie tells us that she insisted that her first car be a manual and since then she has completely transformed it from stock to this bagged beauty.
Katie Mizera(@katerbug_11) is a 19 year old, gear banging, drag racing, Mustang modding, Hooter's Girl that enjoys modeling with cars, trucks and bikes. What more could we ask for??? We've been hoping to feature Katie and her 2006 Ford Mustang GT for a while now and we finally got our chance at the beginning of July when she met up with Cody White(R3AL Media) and Blake McCombs for some 'Merica themed photos.

The majority of our ShockerRacingGirls articles have featured Mustangs, Camaros and Corvettes. We've been lucky enough lately to have a little more diversity in our features and this week we finally get to feature our first Shocker Racing Girl with a BMW. Allison Hoffmann owns a 2003 BMW 325i that she purchased in May of 2014. Allison added a set of 18" Niche Circuit wheels wrapped in Toyo Tires to make the Bimmer pop. The 325i was also lowered on a set of Eibach Springs to give it a nice stance. Ms. Hoffmann also added a BMW M3 front bumper, color changing halo headlights, tinted tail lights and a black grill. We asked Allison, "If Shocker Racing was going to pay for any one mod to your BMW, what mod would you choose?" She replied, "I would pick a set of bags or coilovers."
Let me introduce you to Ann Janette, our first ShockerRacing Girl from Hawaii! Ann recently partnered up with her favorite photographer, JALOFOTO, and this beautiful Velocity Yellow 2015 C7 Corvette for her first official ShockerRacing photoshoot. Besides her love for cars and modeling, Ms. Janette is an NPC Bodybuilding competitor. When she isn't taking gorgeous photos with sexy cars, you will find Ann in the gym training hard for her next competition. She is currently prepping for the NPC Universe competition in New Jersey on 4th of July weekend.
Back in January, my dad placed an order for his 2015 Corvette Z06 with the new 8 speed automatic. He ordered a base Z06 without a lot of options because the car comes very nicely equipped already. Besides the automatic, one of the other big options he included was the Performance Data Recorder. We knew it was built on Friday, March 27th which ended up being a couple days earlier than anticipated. We knew it would arrive any day during the week of March 30th and were anxiously waiting. The dealership my dad ordered through is currently dealing with a mechanics union strike so the delivery truck drivers will not unload at the dealership because they are union drivers and won't cross the picket line. On Thursday, April 2nd my dad happened to drive past the Walmart which is next door to the dealership and he noticed a truckload of Corvette's on it. He quickly whipped into the Walmart parking lot and found out they were unloading his car. Being that my family is in the car business and has a close relationship with the dealer, my dad made a quick phone call to the GM and snagged his own car right off of the truck. The car never actually made it to the Chevy dealer!
