This annual gathering of horsepower-aholics began in 1999 in Houston with a few dozen cars attending. The first sponsor was MVP Motorsports (www.mvpmotorsports.com) and the event was actually named “The Supra Nationals” to celebrate Toyota’s iconic sports car and the main type of car that attended. Over the years the event has grown incredibly and now encompasses five days showcasing several events. If you like fast cars, then this is the event for you. The event includes Drag Racing, Roll Racing, Dyno Shootout, cruising and even a bikini contest!
There often tends to be some extracurricular activities at night. This year Houston Police created a sting operation and caught 9 street racers. We took the opportunity to have some fun with this news and poke a little fun at our Ford Mustang friends:
